Level Converter of the EQUOBOX system.

M-Bus level converter for managing up to 250 devices on the same M-Bus line. Field module for reading data from M-Bus meters.
Stand-alone module for use with SIN.EQSW1 (SIN.EQUSB232 must be provided) and/or third-party systems via RS232/RS485 ports (exclusive), M-Bus slave.
M-Bus slave interface for use as booster/repeater to extend the M-Bus network by a further 250 devices.
230V AC power supply (power supply included). Allows the power supply of n°1 external SIN.EQRTUxx units.

 

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Master function for M-Bus cable networks with 250 physical devices
  • Up to 6 level converters connected in parallel in an M-Bus network
  • Up to 6 level converters (max. 5 level converters as a repeater, in series) connected in M-Bus network
  • Booster/repeater function via M-Bus slave port
  • Led status indication (Run, TX M-Bus, RX M-Bus, Short Circuit, Overload, Power)
  • No local memory
  • Reading local data from M-Bus devices via RS232 or RS485 port (exclusive)
  • Compatible with EQUOBOX TOOLKIT LITE software (SIN.EQSW1), via dedicated cable (SIN.EQUSB232).
  • Can be used with SIN.EQRTUxx dataloggers, M-Bus concentrators for reading/configuring M-Bus devices
  • Power supply 230Vac. Level converter and related power supply form a single unit: no need for additional power supplies or external auxiliary power supplies
  •  The power supply allows supplying N°1 SIN.EQRTUxx through Vout (24Vdc).
